Winter is here and with the change of season comes our latest strain from the vault: L25 Hygge (pronounced HOO-gah). L25 Hygge is a northern European lager yeast used in pilsner style beer that complements significant hop additions, and now is the time to take advantage of the cooler weather and get a lager batch brewing at home. There’s nothing better than settling into the warmth and comfort of the season than a cold lager with friends by the fire, and this crisp offering will bring those vibes! L25 Hygge will be available from Imperial December 2022 – February 2023
