Brewer’s Notes
Beer Style: Marzen

ABV: 5.0%

Recipe Info: Pilsner Malt, Munich Malt, Carafa 3.  Saaz and Experimental hops.

Yeast: German Lager

Appearance: Light Copper in color and mostly clear. (will get very clear in the coming weeks) 

Tasting/Aroma Notes:  The Munich malt adds a fresh baked bread flavor that is really the main flavor/aroma.  The hops are really just there for balance.  The yeast finishes the beer in a clean and crisp manner like other easy drinking lagers.
