Description
The classic Kölsch is restricted to about 20 breweries around Cologne Germany, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make one yourself! Extremely light and delicate, the Kölsch can often be mistaken for a light lager or a very light blonde ale. Very balanced and crisp with a slight hint of honey in the background, this is a very easy drinking beer that you will want to have on hand year round.
