Product Description. Paradise Seeds add a peppery zing, and a hint of citrus and pine aromas to your beer. Use sparingly, a 1/2 teaspoon for a 5 gallon batch is all you need. Crush lightly by using a plastic bag and rolling pin or hammer before adding during the last 2 – 5 minutes of the boil.
