Description
Traditional British Mild’s are essentially light Brown Ales and are meant to be easy drinking session beers. This take on the Mild uses chocolate rye malt in place of chocolate barley malt to add unique character. Very subtle hop bitterness allows the specialty malts to shine here with the end result being very nice, reasonably low alcohol session beer that won’t make you call in sick the next day with the beer flu.
