Description
High carbonation with a heavy wheat presence and a full-bodied, slightly sweet malt flavor. Crisp bouquet of floral, spice aromas (coriander and clove), and orange peel.
VISUAL: Hazy golden in color with nice white foam.
AROMA: This higher point brother to the Brickyard is brewed the same way so this carries the clove aroma mixed with orange peel and coriander.
TASTE: A nice herbal taste carries through from the aroma. Clove and orange are upfront with a full coriander background.
MOUTHFEEL: Very full mouthfeel from the wheat and medium carbonation.
