A tribute to the amazing folks at Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, ID.  We have sourced almost all of our fresh hops from them over the last two years and we couldn’t be more excited to continue to do so in the future.  They’re growing some of the most unique and highest quality hops in the Northwest and his beer prominently features two hops they developed that we are incredibly excited about, Idaho7 and Pink.  We used our highest rate of wet hops yet with 15lb/bbl of Freshly picked Idaho7 going into the hopback.  After fermentation we then added a generous amount of freshly pelletized 23 harvest Pink also grown by the Jacksons.  This beer explodes with tropical fruit, apricot, zebra stripe gum, and indistinct berry notes.   A lot of folks are saying Pink reminds them of Galaxy and we might not disagree.
