Helles is the definition of Bier Flavored Bier.  It is consumed is mass quantities all over southern Germany and is arguably the hardest bier to brew as there is no where for any flaws to hide.  Our Helles is brewed as traditionally as we can.  A multi step mash with nothing but German Pilsner Malt, nothing but traditional German Noble hops are added to  the boil which is followed by a long cold fermentation, natural carbonation, and a extended lagering period of 5 weeks at 32 degrees.  The result is a bier that’s incredibly refreshing and easy to consume that highlights the quality ingredients it’s brewed with and the attention to detail all throughout the brewing process.
