Description

A new brand that we hope to continue to make throughout the year although the hops might change each time we make it.  New World Pilsner is our take on West Coast Pilsner.  It starts it’s life as a traditional German Pils with Pilsner malt and noble hops in the kettle.  It’s fermented cold with lager yeast but then dry hopped heavily with modern or “New World” hops.  Crisp and clear with the aroma of an IPA but the drinkability of a Pilsner.  For this batch we used Mosaic and Motueka.  We are also donating 50% of the proceeds from this beer to Summit County Connect.  Summit County connect is our local Mental Health Services non profit.
