Description

Silver Dagger is our take on a simple, light lager bier.   A perfect bier for these hot summer days when you want something light and easy to drink with a little more unique flavor than what the big macro guys offer.  A typical grain bill of North American Pilsner malt with a significant proportion of corn keeps the body and malt flavor incredibly light.  However instead of using the typical hops for this style that are meant to stay completely out of the way we chose to use Riwaka from New Zealand and Saphir from Germany.  The combo of these two hops added just to the boil gives the beer a really cool spicy lemon and exotic lime component.  A standard American style of beer with a unique “Offset” twist.
