Pale Lager is our version of Pils. Kind of South German/Czech inspired but not really either one. Yeast from a 500 year old monastic brewery outside of Munich, malt from a 250 year old German Maltster, incredibly soft water, and traditional noble varieties form the Hallertau in Germany and Alsace in France. Step mashed, cold fermented, naturally carbonated, and lagered below freezing for 4 weeks. As close as we can get to traditional european lager brewing. We hope you enjoy.
