Just Me, Tettnang is the first in what will be a series of Single Hop German Style Pilsners.  This series will be all about the exploration of European and American “old world” or Noble hop varieties in a traditional German Pilsner base.  These beers will be slightly more hop accented than our traditional Pale Lager and are designed to showcase  each hops unique contribution to a traditional style.  For the first iteration we chose the classic  German Noble variety, Tettnang.  Tettnang  has been used in German lager brewing for centuries and is known for it soft spice and gentle floral qualities.
