Description
Our fruited sour is back with a completely new twist! Instead of kettle souring with Lacto and fermenting with Kviek yeast we used this newly discovered wild yeast that ferments and sours at the same time!! It adds this really interesting complex “wild” character akin to a more traditional long term sour fermentation. We also changed up the fruit this time. Plum, peach, raspberries, and blackberries come together to in a crazy layered expression of fruit that changes as the beer warms. This version of Extroversa is also much more sour than previous batches.
