This Pale Ale was brewed in collaboration with bartender and aspiring brewer Christopher Swensen.

Chris has lived and breathed Utah’s fresh high desert air his entire life, so he wanted to create a beer that captures the essence of the backyard mountain playground of his childhood. Inspired by Hobble Creek Canyon in the Southern Wasatch range, this golden pale ale is brewed with sage, elder flower, and juniper – a heartfelt ode to our mountain home.
