Description

Hard cider is a delicious area between beer
and wine and can actually be mixed with
both. There is a long tradition of hard
cider in America starting with the founding
fathers. You can ferment it dry or sweet,
carbonate (sparkle) it, or leave it flat
(still), you can even add spices or other
fruit to it to further its complexity.
Fermenting apples is easy and fun with this
kit. Drinking hard cider is even funner.
