Coopers extract kits are simple pre-hopped extact kits. Just disolve the contents of the can in hot water plus 1-2 pounds Dry Malt Extract (or table sugar). Top off with cool water to 5 gallons and add the yeast. Quick and easy, and a great introduction to home brewing.
