Cheese Making Class

Cheese Class: Everyone loves cheese! Come learn how easy it is to make cheese at home with our Introduction to Cheesemaking class. We will walk you through the basic equipment and ingredients needed to make both fresh mozzarella and ricotta! The class is $25 and includes a kit that will provide everything you need to make up to 4 pounds of mozzarella and 4 pounds of ricotta. Also there will be plenty of samples!
