Sodium Campden (SMS) tablets are great for killing wild yeast strains, and preventing oxidation of your wine. Crush up the tablets for easy mixing into your wine. Typical usage is 1 tablet per gallon. Use ¼ tablet per 5 gallons to remove chlorine/chloramine from brewing water.
