– 1-10% to lower mash and wort pH for Pilsner, Light Beer, Schankbiere and Wheat Beers
– 10% + to add sourness to finished beer.
CHARACTERISTICS / APPLICATIONS
– Good for brewing pilsner with soft water. Recommended by Weyermann for pils and hefeweizen mashes.
– Intensified fermentation, lighter Pilsner color, improved flavor stability and well-rounded beer flavor
