TYPICAL ANALYSIS
Color – 55-60º Lovibond
– 1-5% used for Amber beers
– 5-10% Enhanced body & malt character in Oktobefest, Altbier & Bock

CHARACTERISTICS / APPLICATIONS
– This darker colored, more intense flavored 2-Row caramel malt is excellent in IPAs, Pale ales, Oktoberfests and Porters. Imparts amber to red colors
– Copper color and moderately toasty sweet flavor and aroma.
