Description
Sparkolloid is formulated to clarify Wines without affecting body, taste, or aromas. Mix one tablespoon with a cup (8 oz.) of hot water, stir in slowly and boil for 15 mins. Add the finings into 6 gallons of wine and allow 1-2 weeks to clarify. Shelf life is four years if stored while sealed and dry around 65 degrees F.
