Description
This slow fermenting yeast, is a great choice for fruit wines, emphasizing the fruit flavor, especially apple. At lower fermenting temperatures, this yeast has a lower attenuation, and will leave some residual sweetness desired in some white wines, Chardonnays and fruit wines.
