In appearance, this puree is a deep shade of blue-purple and offers a lushly smooth mouthfeel. The nose brings fruity aromas laced with fresh sweetness. This puree is not for the faint of heart and will bring incredible taste to any beverage. The real fruit color, aroma, and flavor adds complexity to beer, cider, mead, wine, kombucha, seltzer, smoothies, and spirits. The product contains no preservatives and no additives.
