Tart Cherry puree is bright and tangy, but nicely balanced, sweet, tart and full of cherry with subtle delicately floral flavors. Pale orange-y pink, Oregon Red Tart Cherry Puree is opaque in appearance, with light, summer-fresh notes on the nose. The real fruit color, aroma, and flavor adds complexity to beer, cider, mead, wine, kombucha, seltzer, smoothies, and spirits. The product contains no preservatives and no additives.
100% Fruit Puree can be added directly to the primary or secondary fermentor – do not boil.
